Long wait in line for check in - it was hard on the elderly couple behind me in line. Otherwise great experience, Physician and staff was warm, friendly and professional.

The nursing staff were very professional and made me feel at ease during my examination. Dr. Skilling was thorough and took the time to ask if I had any questions. A very personable doctor!Having to pick your optical prescription up at the optical sales desk made me very uncomfortable however.

We took our nine month old in for his fist eye exam, as we have a somewhat significant family history. The facility is clean, well kept, and hosts an art gallery. The staff, for the most part, were cheerful and happy. The appointment was for 8am we were taken back at 8:18am. Dr. Skilling has a great demeanor and was a pleasure to interact with. We did not feel rushed and all of our questions were answered. His examination was thorough, contrary to my experience with another pediatric ophthalmologist in town that I would not recommend to anyone. I willbe back as our needs progress. My only concern would be the delay in taking us back as a first appointment, as I am sure would mean later appointments would experience a greater delay. As it were, I took the day off and we had no where to be but bear that in mind when making appointments. Overall I would highly recommend Dr Skilling and his team to any one needing Pediatric care in this field.
