Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. If you have CHP they accept that as well and your copay is $25 and not $60 what I was told when I scheduled my appointment a couple of months ago. They also give you 20% off eyeglasses for having CHP too. This location offers a very wide range of services. The only things that happened with my experience that could be a possible concern were maybe time frames on different services or communication between employees could be better so patients are not getting moved to other rooms were patients are already waiting. It was a funny experience with about 5 patients sitting in a Florida room and our eyes have been dilated. Also the monitor would not work for the optometrist so I could look at letters for him but he made it work the old school way so kudos to him for his problem solving skills.

My visit went really smooth. I was in and out within an hour. They aregood with their time management and the way you are prepped for the doctors. The assistants do all the up front work ( i.e. eye exam, drops in the eyes etc.). Ive been a patient for at least five years.

Good quality service but it took 2 1/2 hours with waiting, tests, dilating, more waiting, scheduling. Wouldn't have been so bad if I had been told to plan on 3 hours.
