Dr. Berg took the time to listen to my problem without rushing it. The lady making the next appointment needs to brush up on her customer service skills. Perhaps because we were one of the last ones to get out of the office, she wanted to get out asap and did not take the time to answer our questions. She needs to be more considerate knowing that were there looking for someone to ease our pain and not making it worse.
