I have been working with this doctor and his crew in Richardson at the surgery center in Rockwall and the newest surgery center yesterday I was in Allen. Everyone is great.

Dr. Berg took the time to listen to my problem without rushing it. The lady making the next appointment needs to brush up on her customer service skills. Perhaps because we were one of the last ones to get out of the office, she wanted to get out asap and did not take the time to answer our questions. She needs to be more considerate knowing that we're there looking for someone to ease our pain and not making it worse.
