I was a little nervous because the reception area people werent the friendliest, but I was pleased that I really liked Dr. Garrigues medical assistant and Dr. Garrigues himself spent a great deal of time with me going over everything, explaining it all, and a creating a plan of action for healing.

I dont want to give out 5 stars just yet, because with me, trust has to be earned and I have just started seeing this office. I do see the potential of 5 stars though! So far, the staff has been great and Dr. B has been very knowledgeable / willing to help. Ive had this back pain for so long off and on, intensity varying, that I dont want to get my hopes up just yet. However, I am excited to be finally dealing with a specialist in one of the best states in the US! I can say, I am happy with the communication thus far, even after there have been several power outages during this crazy winter storm.

The staff was great friendly but I was told to be there 30 mins before my appointment I had to sit out in my car no one made contact with me til the time of my appointment. I left 3 messages on the phone bo one responded. Only negative issue I had. Dont make patients come 30 mins early if they have to sit on their cars especially if its hot or cold weather.
