The doctor was exceptional, the wait was long and once you get in the back, it's like a maze for a mouse.

Dr. Cooper was wonderful, listened to my concerns and explained everything to me using my x-rays and other things. My treatment options were explained and my choice from those options was up to me. The only negative thing about the entire visit was that most people there did not smile or appear to be very friendly even when I tried to engage with them. Some of them would not even make eye contact. So unfortunately that kind of colored the experience.

This was my first visit. Other than checking in, the overall experience was excellent.Days prior to my appointment, I was directed to the patient portal to complete all of the initial forms and questionnaires on-line. Upon checking in, I was handed an additional stack of forms, where I found many of the questions to be redundant. 20 minutes later, I was ready to turn in the forms. I found this extremely irritating after spending a solid 45 minutes doing the same thing online after creating an account. They seriously need to get their act together here. To be clear, this is about the process, not people.The staff members were great, and my appointment was close to being on time, which is important when you're taking time off from work. Dr. Berg was excellent. I found him to be very attentive , thorough, and friendly. He took plenty of time to explain everything to me about my situation and next steps, and answered all of my questions. A+
