Overall great visit Via Healthgrades - Dr. Joseph Platon

Doctor was open, friendly and informative. I enjoyed the visit. Procedure was relatively painless with only very mild discomfort. The assistant was polite, the only thing I didnt care for when I asked the assistant if they had a different size shorts, because the waist looked too small and I was concerned they wouldnt fit, she said no that they usually fit. I commented that I was surprise they didnt carry larger sizes for plus size people. The size was one size L to XL. The response was I could reschedule my appointment and bring my own shorts if I wanted to. It was not said in a hateful tone just as a direct comment. I honestly dont believe they meant to be rude but it was a bit off putting. Other than that one small thing it went great! The shorts fit but were tight in the waist. I wear a 1 X, so I have to wonder what they do when a really large person comes in. All in all it was a very minor thing but the probably could have been said in a different way.

Had my first visit with Dr. Garriques on Feb 27, 2024. He was friendly, thoughtful, listened keenly to my complaints and did an evaluation of my physical status. I was very pleased with his calm demeanor and thorough approach.

First visit was good. Just took way longer than I thought it would. Was there at 2:30, went to room about 45 minutes later. Then waited for awhile in room. Left at almost 5pm.

Every person that I had contact with was very professional. Dr. Berg makes you feel very comfortable, answers your questions and takes as much time as you need. I would highly recommend.
