Dr. Reeves was very attentive, very informative and seems to be very caring. Frank who did my X-rays was also very thorough, kind and helpful. When scheduling the procedures, Rachel went above and beyond to help me understand the process and give me additional confirmation regarding the skill level of their Physicians. The reason for giving a 4 star as opposed to a five star rating is the curtness of Dr. Reeves assistant, and the initial forms that are required upon arrival. In both instances, I almost got up and walked out especially regarding the initial forms. You are asked the same questions repeatedly and then when you sit with the assistant, she takes you through it all again. If we have to spend 30 minutes completing these forms, they need to show the courtesy of reading them and not be asking all of this again 10 minutes later!

Was able to get appointment in reasonable time. Staff was friendly and helpful, doctor was professional and informative.

Dr. McPherson was wonderful. He showed me pictures of my MRI and xray and explained it all to me. I will go back in on May 3rd for a shot in hopes that will relieve some of the pain. The only reason I would give him a 4 star rating is b/c I could not get a shot that day, which was no fault of Dr. McPherson.

I went in to see Dr. Cooper for back and leg issues. I felt like he took the time to listen and truly address the situation. This was my first visit, but I look forward to working further with Dr. Cooper to solve my pain issues.
