Was able to get appointment in reasonable time. Staff was friendly and helpful, doctor was professional and informative.

Dr. McPherson was wonderful. He showed me pictures of my MRI and xray and explained it all to me. I will go back in on May 3rd for a shot in hopes that will relieve some of the pain. The only reason I would give him a 4 star rating is b/c I could not get a shot that day, which was no fault of Dr. McPherson.

Excellent Doctor and staff. Dr. Berg explained everything clearly and gave me my options. He took the time to make sure I understood my issue and treatment options. Staff took excellent care of me and explained every step of the procedure I was to have for my pain.

First time I had consulted a pain management doctor. Did not know what to expect. He was very explicit and I understood his explanations. I still have questions and I have not decided exactly what to do. Some of the questions have come after I had time to think about the visit. I still need time.
