    Zero stars. We contacted this office in attempt to schedule contact lenses exam fittings.The receptionist was so rude and unprofessional. She stated we do not perform these services your website says otherwise.we asked to spoke to the office manager she completely lied stating Dr Nielsen was in surgery.After she found out family and freinds were patient of his she stated he was in the Quincy office this morning. Youve just lost our businessGet your lies straight.

    I came in as an emergency, they treated me like I was there for a routine eye exam. I would think they would of been a little more compationate.

    I had got my wife Melissa Lasik surgery. The day of the surgery I go to pay with my Employee Benefits Card it was declined.The reason for the decline was Dr. Neilsen office had changed there credit card machines recently. The rep for the office inadvertently changed the code to medical and not medical and vision. If you were using an account specifically for vision the credit card company would not process.I notified the office Manager Yianna of the mistake the day after the surgery (Thursday). Yianna told me she would call me on Monday. I did not get a call back on Monday. I followed up on Tuesday and was told Yianna was in a meeting. I told Collen fine I will make an appointment. Yianna then picks up the phone and tells me she will call me back on Thursday. I called back on Thursday and Yianna hung up on me.I am out of the Yianna game. The worst office manager in North America.

    Front desk people are horrible to talk to. Very very rude and most importantly when ever i tried to ask something, they said they are busy, when actually they were gossipping ofc politics.Also, they screwed up my insurance info. I had two insurances covering my eye, one complementary and another one with proper. All they could find was the complementary one. Even when i called my insurance and they realized their mistake, their reaction was like its not their job to figure out insurances.The only star which i could give is because of the doctor. He was real nice and caring person.Also, their frame collection is extremely poor. Hardly a 100 frames in total [including men and women]
