Dr. Acord and her team answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I have with my vision and current eyeglass prescription. The best annual eye exam experience I've ever had. I had an excellent experience! The procedures (cataracts - both eyes) went well and everyone I interacted with through both surgeries were professional, responsive and polite. Communications and directions were thorough, clear and sometimes repetitive, but the repetition was clearly precautionary to make sure there were no mistakes. I can't believe the difference in my eyesight and how simple everything was as a patient. This was definitely one of, if not the best experience I have had as a patient in the delivery system.
