After they dilate my daughter's eyes, it is supposed to be 30-40 minutes till they can do exam . We wait 1 1/2 hrs . No one at the desk after 4:30, so you can't get any questions answered. Worst Dr's office. My time is also worth something

Really shady billing practices that is a direct quote from my insurance company after trying to resolve issues with them. My normal eye check-up went well, but I think my insurance company summed up the overbilling and poor communication that followed perfectly. I have never had an issue with routine care at an eye doctor. Go anywhere else.
