    I came to the gallatin office for an eye exam and to renew my glasses prescription. The office staff was nice. The person helping me order glasses was also very nice. My brief interaction with the optometrist was disappointing. She wasnt very helpful with addressing concerns, and she seemed annoyed with me. Ill return but will be using a different provider.

    The laser eye surgery was wonderful!!!! UNTIL the after appointments. NO COMMUNICATION about payments, insurance and time of appointments. I would sometimes wait hours and the final one I just waited 3 months for an appointment!! To be denied that it was not partof my follow up appointments and I have insurance ! Absolute incompetence. I will not be going back to any appointments I will let my general eye doctor take it from here.

    The service they provide is great! However when it comes to peoples time...you may as well forget it! Given an arrival time of 12:00pm it's now 1:03pm and the patient is still waiting. Along with many more who arrived earlier than use. Upsetting to say the least! Scheduling of your patients and their time should be of more importance along with the service. Making guests wait for over an hour is unacceptable.

    First off staff beside the desk is Nice and the eye doc she was nice but ""Tommy Kao is a A"" he sold me glasses that I could not wear and when I told him he got made wanted me to take them and if I could not wear them call him the next morning and bring them back I was like I can not wear these . And I called my insurance told them they ask me to have them call my insurance he was like why I said your charging them for something I can't wear he said no so idk what happened but my insurance called them today and I guess told them to charge them for the single vision glasses I got not the progressive lenses . So I'm going call my insurance back in a few days tosee what went on but if you go there do not talk to or anything to Tommy kao trust me you will thank me later and I'm most likely never going back there again due to him hope his boss see this
