They are the best at what they do. I just wish I didn't have to drive all the way to Elmhurst. They were worth the trip.

I'm a patient of Dr. Mateen AliNiaze at the South Barrington Kovach location. Dr. Mateen did my cataract laser surgery and I am very pleased with my vision. At his recommendation, I choose a multifocal lens and am very pleased with the results. My distance vision and computer vision are much improved. I do wear reading glasses but I can read most print without them. Before the surgery I was worried about my distance vision while driving. Now I'm back to driving with confidence. The laser procedure was quick, painless, and I was seeing well the next day!The staff at the South Barrington office is friendly and efficient and everyone is willing to answer my questions. I feel that I am receiving excellent care.

The staff and Dr. Saad are all very friendly and it's a pleasure to be taken care of. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs eye care.

I am one week removed from having Lasik surgery and my eyes feel great!I cant say enough good things about Dr. Kevin Kovach and his team. They made me feel at ease throughout the entire process from the pre-exam all the way thru the surgery and follow-up. I mean, it is a little nerve-racking, but I felt confident after the consultations as well as how many of the teammates that worked they had it done! Maddie was extra helpful explaining everything I needed to do with the eye drops and post surgery precautions as well.If you are 40 and want to avoid needing readers....go for the mono-vision option! I did and have no complaints, takes a week to get used to it but will be well worth it.If you are trying to figure out who to trust to do your LASIK.....you found the spot at Kovach Eye Institute - trust me! You wont believe your eyes :)Jason
