Dr Kovach and his team went above and beyond to make sure my ICL procedure was a success. I was especially impressed by the receptionist who was always cheerful no matter how busy the office was, Monique who was always eager to answer my questions, Kim who took excellent care of me the day of surgery and Dr Kovach for giving me 20/20 vision within a day after my procedure.

The thoroughness of the explanation of what is going to take place. Additionally, the "at ease" atmosphere during the preliminary information session and the first introduction to Dr. Kovach was a pleasant encounter.

Dr. Shaw was great and very Thorough and listen to all my concerns. Answered all my questions. The only thing I would like is if you could get an after care summery of the visit, so you have everything that was discussed at the appointment.
