I was very pleased with the service and how polite and helpful everyone was. I wasnt too thrilled about the girl with long hair at the desk. She acted as if she owned the place. But, everyone else including the doctor wasVery nice and informative. Thank you. I would recommend this doctor.

I took my husband to Kovach Eye institute for an eye exam to check for glaucoma. The staff was truly amazing!!!! The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He explained to us what was going on with his eyes and how to prevent any issues in the future. It looks like we made a greatchoice in trusting Kovach Eye Institute with his eyes.

I was ten minutes late for my appointment. I was never made to feel bad in any wayEach member of the staff from the front desk to Dr Mateen and all the other staff made you feel very comfortable.I did see a very short video on the laser procedure, however it would s little more personal to have the doctor explain procedures that would follow. Being your eyes, it can be overwhelming and some reassurance is helpful.
