I was ten minutes late for my appointment. I was never made to feel bad in any wayEach member of the staff from the front desk to Dr Mateen and all the other staff made you feel very comfortable.I did see a very short video on the laser procedure, however it would s little more personal to have the doctor explain procedures that would follow. Being your eyes, it can be overwhelming and some reassurance is helpful.

I was very surprised and please with there speedy service provided. The staff was very courteous and professional.
