I adjusted my work schedule and rushed over, arriving several minutes early for my appointment and waited over an hour. Was getting ready to leave when the doctor finally came in. Emergency visit: 2.5 hour wait time for a 4 minute visit and $300 medication prescribed that was never discussed during the visit. Terrible. When I called to have my records transferred over to Wheaton Eye Clinic, I expressed my concerns about my visit the day prior and was told that I would receive a call from the administration addressing my concerns. I never received a call and the emergency meds that my daughter was prescribed during the 4 minute visit, never even got called into the pharmacy.
