Emergency visit: 2.5 hour wait time for a 4 minute visit and $300 medication prescribed that was never discussed during the visit. Terrible. When I called to have my records transferred over to Wheaton Eye Clinic, I expressed my concerns about my visit the day prior and was told that I would receive a call from the administration addressing my concerns. I never received a call and the emergency meds that my daughter was prescribed during the 4 minute visit, never even got called into the pharmacy.

I have been wearing glasses for about the last 20 years which started with a bifocal and ended with a trifocal lenses with Astigmatism. I was very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the entire staff. They fully explain the process throughout the experience. I am totally pleased with the results. I can now return to a normal life of driving and reading without straining.
