Right from the start (the consultation), I had a wonderful experience at Goel Vision. The team is very responsive, efficient and friendly. I actually saw Dr. Goel during my consult. He is super attentive, patient and answered all of my questions. Scheduling my procedure was super simple (Samantha is THE BEST!). Everything ran very smoothly the day of my procedure and I could not be happier I made the choice to trust Goel Vision and Dr. Goel. I HIGHLY recommend this practice if you are considering Lasik or Refractive Lens replacement. It has been life changing. Thank you to the entire Team, including Samantha, the Nursing Team and especially Dr. Goel.

I felt welcomed as soon as I entered the office by the friendly and efficient receptionist ((Karen , I think). The technician (Crystal, I think) was very professional and kept me at ease. She was very efficient. She fulfilled my request by having Dr Goul examine me. Dr. Goul spoke in laymens terms and explained my double vision issue. He referred me to a specialist at GBMC. I was elated with everyone involved. They showed concern and my individual concerns were met; unlike my previous provider who had too many patients to see and did not give individual time to me. I will highly recommend Dr.Goul to anyone who needs it. Truly impressed.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Goel and his team! My LASIK treatment included fixing astigmatism in one eye. After my first treatment, one eye was perfect while the one with astigmatism was much better but annoyingly imperfect. Having given both eyes the required few months to heal and stabilize, Dr. Ma reevaluated my eye and scheduled me for a retreatment of that one eye. It's now been a few weeks since that retreatment, and both eyes see perfectly with the retreated eye continuing to heal.From initial consultation to retreatment post-ops, Dr. Goel and his team have shown excellent bedside manners, alleviated any concerns I had, took meticulous measurements of my eyes at every step, and treated me honestly, with respect, and with no pressure to commit to any procedures. Dr. Goel is an exceptional and very personable surgeon, who took time in the evening after my surgery to check in on me.If you are looking to have corrective vision surgery, I highly recommend a consultation with Dr. Goel and his team!
