I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Goel and his team. I have a very strong astigmatism and was skeptical that I would benefit or even be a candidate for vision correction. Dr. Goel was very honest during the consult and explained which procedure would be the best for me. Right from the initial consult to the procedure day, he made me feel very comfortable. He was also very patient and never made me feel rushed during appointments. I also appreciate the same day check in after business hours to make sure I was doing ok. I am less than two weeks out from Lasik in both eyes and my eyes feel great. This is the first time since middle school that I have not needed to wear glasses or contacts. I still cant believe how amazing it feels.Dr. Goel's team is just as friendly and caring as he is. They also held my hand the whole way since I was very nervous. His optical assistants are amazing and very knowledgable. His offices have state of the art machines and are impressive. Plenty of parking too. You can't go wrong with Dr. Goel and his team, don't hesitate to schedule your procedure with him.

The amazing experience started with the young lady who scheduled my appointment. She had an infectious energy to her voice and got all my information and scheduled me quickly to a time that worked great for me. Next I arrived to a pristine office where I was greeted by two friendly and courteous people at the reception area and within minutes was taking into an exam room for testing with all the latest technology, but the personal touch was never forgotten. Also, the equipment was all cleaned in front of me before using it. After the testing was complete, I waiting a few minutes and Dr. Goel came in to go over my results and do a few more tests. I had come in thinking I needed a touch up on my eyes that I had surgery on in 2003, but after the tests was told I really didn't need to do anything. The best part was that Dr. Goel didn't try to sell me on something that wouldn't be in my best interest. I truly value that he put patient care and my best interest first. And don't be fooled by his boyish good looks. He is both highly experience and accomplished.

I was extremely hesitant about getting my eyes worked on (as I am sure most people are). Thanks to the staff AND Dr. Goel, that anxiety left me at the door. Each and every single person I came into contact with were friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They were all really thorough on explaining what to expect during and after, and it doesnt hurt that they all had it done themselves. So they werent just reading off a check list, they were able to actually explain from first hand experience what to expect. Lastly, the icing on the cake for me was that Dr. Goel called me afterwards to check on me later that evening. He called me, not his staff, but the actual Doctor called! That meant so much to me! If I could give Goel Vision (20) stars I would. Thankfully I wont need this procedure ever again, but if I did, I would certainly go back here.
