The office staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Dr. Goel himself was incredible. He has a great bedside manner and did everything to make me feel comfortable about the surgery and answered all of my questions very well. I actually had another consultation at a competitors place scheduled, but I canceled that and booked my SMILE surgery with Dr. Goel because I knew right away that he was the surgeon I wanted to be working on my eyes. I like that theres no BS pricing for LASIK/SMILE. Another place before this lured me in with super low advertised prices and then my particular surgery would have cost so much more. Dr. Goels office was upfront with their pricing right again and didnt participate in any of those sales shenanigans.

Had the PanOptix lens surgery to eliminate the needs for reading classes. It changed my life, seriously. It is the best money I ever spent in my life. Adding to that is the unbelievable care experience given by Dr. Goel, and his outstanding staff. Awesome facilities in both Towson Columbia.

Dr Goels office is great. He has a state-of-art equipment and professional staff. I elected to have a same-day procedure done and it took me only 1.5 hour from the time I arrived to the time I left. I feel great as I am walking around without glasses or contacts!
