I was extremely hesitant about getting my eyes worked on (as I am sure most people are). Thanks to the staff AND Dr. Goel, that anxiety left me at the door. Each and every single person I came into contact with were friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They were all really thorough on explaining what to expect during and after, and it doesnt hurt that they all had it done themselves. So they werent just reading off a check list, they were able to actually explain from first hand experience what to expect. Lastly, the icing on the cake for me was that Dr. Goel called me afterwards to check on me later that evening. He called me, not his staff, but the actual Doctor called! That meant so much to me! If I could give Goel Vision (20) stars I would. Thankfully I wont need this procedure ever again, but if I did, I would certainly go back here.

I was taken by the friendliness of the staff and their competency of the roles they all played. Dr. Goel is the best eye care doctor i can recommend!!!!
