Dr Goel and his entire office staff goes to great lengths to ensure positive experience based on your needs. both my husband and I did the SMILE procedure and couldnt be happier. quick, painless and not scary like I assumed it would be.Goodbye contacts and glasses!thank you Dr Goel!

I am super impressed with Dr Goel and his staff. They were both friendly and efficient. Dr Goel thoroughly explained the procedure answered all questions. The information folder included paper copies of all information you need before and after the procedure. I felt entirely comfortable and confident. The SMILE procedure was quick and hugely successful! Very happy with results and highly recommend Dr Goel.

I dont even know where to begin. Everything was excellent from the first contact via email to the online consultation to the in person consultation and surgery. Every single person I came in contact with was cheerful, progressional, personable, friendly, I could go on and on. Dr. Goel was amazing! He is genuine and I can tell he enjoys his job and it comes out in his enthusiastic manner. And can we talk about his soothing voice for a second? Lol Definitely saved my nerves during the procedure. Im so glad I found Dr. Goel and his wonderful team. He called me the evening after my surgery to check up on how I was healing. Is he human or an angel sent to fix the eyes of Gods children ?! (I think choice B) Anyway, I would give him 10 stars if it were an option.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Goel to my friends and family, best experience ever. I have had multiple Dr. appointments all over the place in Baltimore DC area to get different opinions about the surgery options for my eyes (I was horribly nearsighted). Its your only set of eyes, everyone wants to take it extra serious for any decisions they make. Until I found Dr. Goel, who is extremely professional and knowledgeable in the laser correction surgery field, I had the confidence that I could trust him 100%.Not only that, he is also personable and super patient to talk to. He has empathy on your feelings. After Dr. Goel introduced me to SMILE, I did tons of researches about this surgery, from the procedure details to possible complications, you name it. I asked Dr. Goel all of those concerns, he even called me out of his office hours to answer my questions. I still remember we were doing math together on the phone to calculate my corneal thickness.The surgery itself was super fast, he kept you informed of each step he was taking during the procedure. Now that I could see 20/20 on both of my eyes. My world has never been this clear! This is a life changing decision, Dr. Goel is the magician that would help you get there.
