Patients don't appreciate waiting for an hour or two to be called to an examination room, and they dislike being sent back to the waiting area for a length of time while their eyes dilate. Glasses are very expensive at Eye Care Specialists. Most staff are very friendly. Most of my experiences there have been positive!
