I had good experiences at each level of my visit except for signing in when I arrived. Even though the gentleman at the one desk was not signing in anybody, he kept loudly directing arriving patients to the sign in kiosk. He easily could have processed these people. The sign in at the kiosks is awful. Very cumbersome and time consuming. Those who were directed there were complaining because the process is confusing.

Loads of seniors at those check-in machines that didnt know what to do. I had no problem since I did it on line the day before. It seemed chaotic.

There were people at desks but i had to check myself in. What are they paid for, better call Elon. I dont use self checkouts so I dont like self checkins either
