The doctors , nurses and entire staff are friendly and professional. I understand waiting is only a part of a busy office. To make the experience a little better I would work on usable WiFi for the patients.

Dr. w is outstanding. She is very welcoming, informative and professional. Your contact department is very inefficient. The person placing the order was very helpful but seemed overwhelmed, I wish I could just call directly and order my contacts as in the padt

The Care and Service is very good at the Eye Care Specialist! However, the Wait Time in the Waiting Room was ridiculous!!! My Dad had to wait 40 minutes prior to being seen. A lady sitting there quoted that she had to wait an hour at her last appointment prior to being seem. This needs to be rectified.
