My experience with Dr. HAVRILLA was wonderful. He was caring, took his time, explained everything thoroughly, and has a great knowledge of his field. The worst part of the visit is the sign-up at computer. It takes too long, and is a hassle. There must be an easier and quicker sign-up. Too complicated. Have the clerks do it. Sometimes, the wait is abnormally long, also.

Dr. Kruger is always very thorough. He is always willing to discuss any questions I have. I was seen promptly by the assistant and the tester but, it was a long wait before I saw the doctor.

Have utmost confidence in Dr. Empfield. Recently retired so will see how costs are. Good flow of testing.

I bring my father here, for his eye needs, and The doctors are knowledgeable, and professional. The staff are as well, very willing to help. My only complaint is the wait time. For an 11:00 appointment we did not get back to see the doctor until 12:55. For an elderly patient , that's just too long. I understand you have to wait, but older people have a hard time with that, and the majority of their clientele are the elderly. Better scheduling practices should be utilized.
