I have always have good appointments with Dr Was and all staff at Eye Care Specialists. This last time, check-in staff could not find my insurance because my carrier (same carrier for years) had an incorrect dob for me (off by one day), but they kept at it until they got it resolved so that I would not have to pay for appointment or reschedule. New assistant Kenny , at least new to me, was very efficient friendly. Dr Was is ALWAYS efficient, friendly, and has a great personality. My husband and I both see her and hope we never have to change.
