Worse customer services and lack of communication, professional standards and courtesy. After 3 weeks waiting contacted glasses department inquiring as when to expect delivery and was asked to come in stating glasses were ready. I am handicapped and waiting for back surgery using a walker barely able to go room to room at home. Got there told I made a mistake had the wrong information. Kept calling and finally told the office was aware on 7/7/22 delay in getting lenses but never informed of delay but expected to be responsible to call hobble in when after one month was informed they arrived. No concern, consideration, kindness or empathy shown never kept aware of the problem. After 40+ years of family using Eye Care in Kington and Dr. Evans calling me his June girl as I always kept my appointments with him. So sad to say Goody-Bye
