    Ive been here twice in the last week. You check in at a kiosk. There was next to no wait time after. I was called maybe 30 seconds after sitting in the waiting area. Next, a technician did the puff test, collected basic information, and put the drops in my eyes. She was very friendly. She took me to another room to wait for the optometrist. I had no wait time again. He did the exam, and explained my options well, and we came up with a plan to address the problem. I then went to pick frames. The optician was AMAZING. He went over my options for what my insurance would cover, and made suggestions for the lenses and measured me. He was extremely helpful! Everyone was professional, there were no wait times, and scheduling was simple. They worked with my schedule for follow up. The area is clean and comfortable, and everyone was professional.

    Dr Evans is an exceptional optometrist!!He takes his time and answers any questions you may have. He truly cares about his patients!!Ive been seeing Dr Evans for over 30 years!!

    My husband and I had a first time appointment with Dr DiMichele and she was phenomenal. She is very thorough and takes her time to explain everything to you. She made sure we left without any questions! I cannot say enough about our experience here in Dallas! Ill definitely be returning for all my vision needs! Great job by all the staff we encountered, especially Ezra!
