Dr Grohol is great, always very thorough & professional. The only issue I have is when trying to contact the office. I wish you would actually get someone in the office & not have to call the main switchboard. I always end up on hold for quite some time. When prompted to leave a call back number instead of waiting, no one ever calls me back.

It official, Dr. Michael Josefowicz is the best! Due to a few eye issues, I've met with this doctor over a half dozen times in the past 2 years. Always professional care, with a kindness that goes above and beyond.From check-in to your appointment, each person shows a compassionate and friendly demeanor.You leave knowing you received the best care possible from a very knowledgeable doctor or optometrist. Each time I've been there, Dr. Josefowicz concern for my eye health is demonstrated by the close attention to what is going on in the present, an impressive quality for a doctor.
