A busy busy place! Dr. Ko is always a pleasure to see. Pardon the pun. Eye associates is efficient and organized.The phone system is the worst. Wait times are excessive. Hire some additional associates to take calls.

Eye associates has some of the most talented eye doctors in this area, but the staffing and the scheduling of appointments needs to be addressed. I dont know how to do it but when you have to wait an hour to get your eye pressure checked theres something wrong with scheduling.

Dr.Bui is my new eye doctor and he explained the process for cataract surgery patiently and in detail and gave me a folder to review at home. He has a nice, calm manner that gave me the assurance that I need.
