They did a great job getting me in on an emergency appointment, but when I called back 2 days later reporting the problem worsening, I never received a call back

My appointment went well. The worst part of my visit was when I had to wait for 25 minutes to pick up the prescription for my glasses. There has to be a more efficient way to get prescriptions than waiting in the eye glass center. The folk working there was busy fitting customers with glasses, so the people waiting on prescriptions were just hanging out until someone thought about the prescriptions on the printer. That was a huge waste of my time.

My first time there. Receptionist that I walked up to ignored me. Then another opened up and she was great. In station 4- rude lady in station 3. Called quickly and was taken care of by Adam- very professional and personable. Dr. Stickland and her assistant were very y open to my questions and concerns. Took great care- liked Dr. Stickland's positive vibe.

The optician is very friendly and well explained the outcome of the eye exam. The opticals have wide collection of frames, lens, etc but it's pricey.
