Staff was very capable and answered all my questions clearly. They were very easy to work with. The doctor was not as easy to communicate with.

New patients should be informed that their first time may take more than 2 hrs. Information that patient enters into an on-line system doesnt appear to be automatically transferred into their in-house system. This would alleviate extra time of the staff having to input everything.. The staff are very nice and helpful. The facility is nice and clean. Overall, my experience was good. Dr Kato did an excellent job and I have had no problems. The only problem I have is trying to get Billing/Insurance to contact me in order to file with ChampVa. It has been daunting. I have been trying for a little over a month with no luck on getting what I need. Cant even get someone to call me.
