Everything was good except I received a questionnaire to complete before my appointment, updating my medications , etc and that info was not available to the technician that checked my eyes before ISaw the doctor. That was a waste of time.

Everything was fine except... Way too much waiting time. I suggest you get more doctors and staff, or stop scheduling so many patients. My time is valuable, too.
