This is a very busy facility. With an appointment it always takes more than two hours to get in and out. The staff is very friendly as well as the doctors. For some reason my prescription is being written and submitted wrong and Im paying for the mistake. A very costly mistake for a retired customer on a budget

At all points of care the associates were pleasant, respectful, and helpful. I will be back. As a point of improvement I offer this tip. It is common courtesy, when two parties have agreed to an appointment time, for the appointment time to be upheld. I understand that life does not always allow for times to be met perfectly, whichever party is going to miss the mark is expected, as aforementioned common courtesy, to let the other party know of expected tardiness. For example, if I were going to be 15 minutes late to the appointment, I would let the other party know. Yesterday, I arrived 15 minutes early in order to get any paperwork / payment collection completed. This didnt happen until my appt. time. Then I waited another 10-15 minutes(after my appt. time) to be taken back. That wait time isnt great, but it isnt horrible, my issue is that noone came to let me know what was going on. A simple, Hey, Mr. We are running about 15 minutes behind, thank you for your patience. goes a long way in showing that you care about each customer as an individual.Thank you for considering my comment. And to end on a happy note Ms. Tia was truly a blessing and a delight. Keep that smile beaming!- Stuart

This is a wonderful place. With very good doctors and staff. My one complaint is they overbooked. Barely could find a seat to sit in the waiting room. My appointment was at 3 oclock. I left at 5:30 . One of the staff members told us they seen over 300 people. Wow.
