Everything is always great except that we were there or just over an hour before they ever called us back and that is unacceptable. If you are 15 minutes late for an appointment they reschedule you so why do they make you wait over an hour after your appointment time?

I appreciate your getting me in so quickly. Katie was excellent and both personable and professional. My only concern was after the exam both the doctor and the nurse left the room leaving me alone to get my walker which was 6-7 feet away. I almost fell getting to it.
