When I arrived, I was immediately signed in by an employee and soon thereafter, my eyes were examined and I saw the doctor. He spent a reasonable amount of time with me answering my questions. An excellent visit, excepting having to pick up my prescription from the eyeglass concession on my way out. As asked for the prescription and rather than just handing it to me, the associate came around the counter as if trying to get my business. I told him I wasnt interested. As the eyeglass concession does not take my insurance, they will not get my business and I really dislike the old fashioned attempt to push me to do business with them.

Front desk staff was not very pleasant nor knowledgeable of the differences in the Drs thats at your location. Informed I would not be seen if I didnt t pay co-pay. This was preventive yearly visit and not the specialist.

Dr. Kato and his staff are wonderful in every way. No long wait times and staff are very courteous and professional. My only negative observation is that the facility itself has become very dated and worn out. Reception area furniture is showing its age and some treatment / exam room furniture has torn and shredded upholstery.

I was disappointed in the long wait and the fact I had to ask questions of Dr. Ko since I did not know what was wrong with my eyesight, and have trouble understanding due to my age of 84.I did not get a return appointment which i think I should have gotten to seeif what she told me to do was helping.
