I finally made the much needed switch to bifocals. My initial prescription was a little bit off so I had to have a reexam. In all honesty, the doctor I saw was ok but seemed really rushed. The real star is (IMO) Rick Villegas-Rocha in the optometry shop. He is the one who worked diligently to make sure that I had the right prescription. It took 3 visits in all but his patience and determination made it all worth it. Now I love my glasses and am so thrilled that he took the time to make sure that he found the perfect prescription for me. Thank you Rick! You are the best!!!

Although I had issues making the appointment, (it took me three weeks to simply make an appointment, calling every day once a day by week three. I left several messages and the only time they called me back was at 7:30 in the morning), once I actually got in I was very impressed. They were kind and thorough. I would recommend it here!

Dr. Ko is an excellent surgeon. I had no issues after either cataract surgery. I did follow her instructions to the letter. She answered all my questions and had a calm demeanor, which helped me to relax. Support staff was professional.Check- in procedure could be improved, Really no need to go to the front desk, on a follow-up appointment when no money is due, if you check in electronically on the lobby computer.H highly recommend Dr. Ko for cataract surgery.
