    I have been a patient of Dr. Mulligan for over ten years and plan to continue.I feel very confident with his ability to care for my eyes.His equipment and procedures are up to date and the office and staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

    After seeing Dr. Mulligan, I came away with a feeling of trust. I liked his style of communication; he was clear with explanations and suggested surgical options were available when I am ready and didn't push immediacy.

    I have always had very positive experiences with Clearview, the team there, and Dr. Mulligan. I established care with them after moving to Seattle in 2021 and opted to pursue Lasik later that year. The team was exceptionally professional while also maintaining a sense of humor and camaraderie. The procedure itself was efficient and comfortable and I was at ease the entire time. I would recommend this clinic without hesitation.
