Dr. Mulligan is terrific! He took the time to explain what he found that concerned him, why it mattered and what he felt was the best next step. He also gave me a referral for a general practitioner in my area as well. Caring, articulate, thoughtful and patient. I'm glad I went to see him.

First visit. Very helpful in answering my questions and explaining the many of the different aspects pertaining to my eye issue. I learned more about my eye condition then I had previously known. Also took the time with me for a thorough examination and understanding of my condition.
