    Dr. Mulligan is clearly an excellent doctor with a professional but pleasant demeanor. His office functions efficiently -- you know you are going to be in and out of there without a lot of wasted time. I highly recommend him.

    After going to another office twice in the past two years after getting new glasses & my left eye was still blurry, I chose to come see Dr. Weingeist Md, who a friend went to. It was a pleasant experience & professional. Taking a test the other office did not, thus finding a film over my left eyes lens, which I will have taken off & will look forward to better vision real soon. I would highly recommend them.
