I was very pleased with the doctor visit and the service I received at the Mann Eye Institute. As I was getting my prescription, I asked the office worker to please include the PD. She told me they were not responsible for that if I was not purchasing my glasses from them. She offered a couple other excuses and so I got prescription with no PD.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The doctor was also very knowledgeable. I gave a 4 star because I thought they removed cataracts, but i was referred to another facility. Also I don't think the insurance lady was familiar on whether it was medical or yearly exam and it bit pricey from what I usually pay somewhere else.
