Location was really nice inside, waiting room was very relaxing and so soothing. Once you get back into the back though its very clinical not a lot of communication about whats going onjust verbal instructions to sit here, dont move, dont breathe, dont blink, and then to the next machine for the same. I think there were a total of six machines I was put in front of. So, after about an hour of doing all of that, youre taken to another room to wait to see the doctor. Doctor comes in looks in your eyes, gives the person typing notes some medical jargon, about what I can only assume is what hes seeing inside my eyes, but not a whole lot of conversation or explanation with me. The doctor spent less than five minutes with me and then Im escorted back to the waiting room to meet with the person whos going to schedule surgery. I think it should be a little more informative, more clarification on whats happening without feeling like youre inconveniencing them.

This was a huge mistake, considering everything was prepared, and if I didnt get the installment plan, everything would be canceled, and I would be completely frustrated with the Institute.I waited all this time just to give the surgerys patients the best information about the outcome.I recommend the best surgery if you want to completely get rid of glasses only if you dont have astigmatism. If you do, know that it wont help. Youll need glasses anyway. Your best option isnt cataract surgery, but laser surgery. So save your money. Minha recuperao foi muito tranquila.Ficaram na parte de informaes sobre o parcelamento da cirurgia a desejar. No passaram a informao de que era para eu entrar em contato antecipado com uma central de crdito para parcelar a cirurgia e no dia da cirurgia faltando 30 minutos antes que fui informado disso. Um erro muito grande sendo que tudo estava preparado e se eu no conseguisse o parcelamento, tudo seria cancelado e a frustrao seria total com o Instituto.Esperei todo esse tempo apenas para dar a maior informao a quem vai fazer a cirurgia sobre o resultado.Recomendo a melhor cirurgia se voc quiser se livrar totalmente de culos somente se voc no tiver astigmatismo. Se voc tiver, saiba que no vai adiantar. Voc vai precisar usar culos de qualquer forma. Sua melhor opo no cirurgia de catarata e sim cirurgia a laser. Ento poupe seu dinheiro. Gostaria de ter esse feedback antes.

Everything went so fast once I was called from the waiting room. Every one talked so fast, particularly at the end of the assessment. They knew what they were talking about, but I didnt. I went to my car afterwards trying to figure out what just happened. I had a handful of paperwork, but my eyes were dilated, so I couldnt read anything. I made it home and called to make an appointment with a cardiologist as I was told. I dont know why, but I did it. The whole appointment was a blur, literally. A half dozen machines shooting lights in my eyes. I hope the staff learned something. Im still going over my handful of paperwork trying to figure things out.
