Great staff Great dr. Excellent selection of frames to choose from the only thing is the cost is a little more with my insurance walkout I spent close to 800.00 for glasses and eye examination

The service and professionalism of the medical staff is excellent and I always had great treatment from Brian Wright for years.With the new facility at River Park Dr. in Sugar Land, my ongoing treatment is managed by Tina Burr who carries on the excellent eye care provided to me by Mann Eys Institute for almost 20 yrs.My only complaint is the bombardment of txt messages and emails about upcoming appointments and lack of coordination with the timing or reason for the office visits.

Professional, waited for 10 mins which is good for a doctors office appointment. Testing & explanations were thorough & understandable. Spent maybe 5 minutes with doc, he wasn't rushing but could have initiated more conversation given a first-time visitor/condition. Staff was kind, thoughtful & friendly. 4 stars because I am still waiting for confirmation of insurance which was supposed to be provided today....maybe tomorrow.

Facility was very nice. Staff very attentive and thorough in the tests that were needed to evaluate my condition. I met with one doctor and understood the whole surgical procedure. Very thorough, I had no questions. Only reason not 5 star is out of pocket costs.

I have been coming to Mann eye for years at the old Sugarland location and it was always good. Recently I needed help getting my glasses proscription sent to me. Unfortunately the person who answered the phone was no help. They told me the only way to get it was to go online but unfortunately we had never made an online profile. I ended up having to take time off of work to come in and have them print it out. How hard is it to email this to people smh.
