All the employees, including the front desk and technicians/support staff (?) have been very helpful, personable, and kind. Dr. Burr is upbeat, thorough, listens well, and answers all my questions. So far, so good!!

Excellence all over is what I observed the moment I arrived at the parking lot!The waiting area/reception was aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The front desk staff was pleasantly professional. Cindy(Very pleasant, thorough, explaining every step of my procedure), Dr. Tan, (very professional with a wonderful personality and his HUGE smile), and Mary (very pleasant). It was a lengthy process but I did not even realize how long I had been in the facility till I stepped out. It was a wonderful experience. Definitely a 10/10. Thank you.
