As always, the staff and nurses were interested in getting accurate data so the correct actions could be taken. As always, Dr Janes went above and beyond in his efforts to solve my continuing dry eye issue. He is extremely respectful of his staff and me and treats me as if I am his most important patient. It is very helpful to have such an empathetic doctor and team.
