I recently had LASIK surgery at Mann Eye Institute, and I can't express enough how pleased I am with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, the facility impressed me with its modern decor and welcoming atmosphere.The front desk staff, Ashley and Francesca, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. They answered all my questions with patience and professionalism, which helped ease any nerves I had about the procedure.Jahlisa, my counselor, was another standout. She took the time to explain the LASIK process in detail, addressing all my concerns and ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her warm demeanor really made a difference in my experience.Dr. Wright is a fantastic surgeon! He took the time to discuss my vision goals and laid out a clear plan tailored to my needs. The procedure itself was quick and surprisingly comfortable, and I felt reassured knowing I was in such skilled hands.I also want to give a special shout-out to Gina, the optician. She helped save me over $400 by just repairing my old glasses to hold me over as I prepared for my LASIK. I would have purchased a new pair of glasses that I would only be using for 5 days. I truly appreciated her expertise and kindness this truly shows that they care about their patients.The results have been life-changing! I can confidently say that the clarity of my vision has improved immensely. I highly recommend Mann Eye Institute to anyone considering LASIK.
