Last year it took 15 min to see the doctor, this year it's over an hr I thimk it's over booked.

Most everything was good except that I had to check-in on a console that was viewable by everyone in the waiting room. One of the questions asked was my social security number which I didn't want others to see as I typed it in. Mann Eye Institute needs to find a better way to check in or else not ask for personal information on a publicly viewable console.

Have not visited this Eye Doctor for a while in Texas. Very accessible. Staff was very professional and helpful. Dr. Tan and his assistant were very helpful. Dr. Tan explained all the procedures and expectations. Celeste was very professional and knowledgeable. Cost of glasses is a "shocker". Make sure you have insurance especially if you are on a fixed income!
