What a refreshing service experience! When I walked in, I was immediately acknowledged even though there was another customer in front of me. I'm learning to be more patient, so I waited without getting all antsy.Ms. Hamilton was such a pleasure. I gave her the name of what I thought was my insurance, and she couldn't find any record. Rather than just turning me away, she simply probed a little more, asking me 2 more questions that helped her find my correct insurance.Josie was cool too. I asked a lot of questions about everything (cause I need to know what you doing to my eyes), and he was so chill. I was really impressed with his explanations and felt super comfortable with him. I had my eyes dilated for the first time and Josie gave me a whole crash course on the lens and the muscles and connected it to a camera (I was really fascinated...lol)Now, Dr. Spicer (cute self) was super cool! He did the lil 1-2 with the machine and reading the letters, then the look left-right-up-down move with the light. It was cool. I asked him a lot of questions about the contacts and guess what....yep, I got a whole crash course on how my brand is uniquely designed compared to other brands.They ended up not having my contacts in stocks but they were still able to give me a trial pair of a different brand. I was so pleased with my visit!
