I have always had sensitve eyes to point i couldn't even put eye drops in. When i was told I had a cataract and needed surgery, i was really nervous and apprehesive. I had my pre-op & first post-op appointments at the Mann Eye Institute at the Spring location. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone made me comfortable & relaxed. The entire staff was very professional and reasuring. I had a problem with my initial payment, due to an expired Care Credit card. D'ette Hamilton went above & beyond her responsibility and helped me apply for a new card and explained everything that was going to occur before, during and after my surgery. Having my surgery went awesome in all aspects and I thank D'ette and the staff at Spring Mann Eye Institute.

I really found the staff to be extremely friendly and professional. Reminding me of my appointment several times really helped me a lot to as I have a tendency to forget things. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Baumohl and staff are professional and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions and make me comfortable with my eye care choices. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Outstanding staff, very nice and know what they are doing. No sales pitch and that was very nice.
