I have always had sensitve eyes to point i couldnt even put eye drops in. When i was told I had a cataract and needed surgery, i was really nervous and apprehesive. I had my pre-op first post-op appointments at the Mann Eye Institute at the Spring location. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone made me comfortable relaxed. The entire staff was very professional and reasuring. I had a problem with my initial payment, due to an expired Care Credit card. Dette Hamilton went above beyond her responsibility and helped me apply for a new card and explained everything that was going to occur before, during and after my surgery. Having my surgery went awesome in all aspects and I thank Dette and the staff at Spring Mann Eye Institute.

I really found the staff to be extremely friendly and professional. Reminding me of my appointment several times really helped me a lot to as I have a tendency to forget things. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
