The doctors and staff members are professional as well as knowledgeable. They have fully answered all of my questions regarding the tests given during my eye exam.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The time required for the full annual exam is quite short (assuming you don't get our pupils dilated is about 20). Staff nurse did many of the preliminary checks before seeing the doctor. Dr Spicer at the Spring location was very professional, personable, and ensured that all my questions had been asked and answered. I will definitely be returning to the Mann Eye Institute, Spring Location, in the future.

Absolutely loved this place. I have not always had luck with eye doctors. But this team was fantastic. Everyone was very nice polite and professional. Nurse Jennifer took such good care of me. 10/10 recommend.

I was so pleased by my experience with Mann Eye, primarily because of Jennifer, Dr Baumels scribe. She was so knowledgeable about eye health and anything that related to eye procedures and best outcomes for treatment. She took a very long time answering questions and helping me get the best prescription. Explaining in detail all the reasons for different options available. She is really exceptional and Mann Eye scored big when they hired someone of her caliber. I will be back because of the level of expertise I experienced!
